    At 8am on Tuesday 19th September, Paul Mason, professional bell hanger, Northampton, arrived with his assistant Tim, to re-install the bell that had undergone a satisfactory weld repair by the specialist contractors, Soundweld, Cheveley, Newmarket.

    At the Friends dinner/auction in April 2016 we were fortunate to secure the successful bid for a birdwatching experience with Trevor Williams, Chairman of North East Norfolk Birdwatching Club, himself a Friend of St John’s. Finding a date when seven retired people have nothing in their diaries is always a difficult task so it was not until 26th October that Patsy and I, with four other Friends met up with Trevor.
